The Phuong Dong Institute for Applied Research (PDIA) is a science and technology organization operating under the Phuong Dong Development Consultancy Joint Stock Company (PDDC). As a non-public research institute, PDIA was established to advance research activities in the fields of development consultancy and scientific collaboration, supporting PDDC’s mission of sustainable development and innovation.
