Legal Basis: 

Phuong Dong Institute for Applied Research (PDIA) is a science and technology organization under Phuong Dong Development Consulting Joint Stock Company (PDDC).

PDIA was established under the Decision No. 1511/2020/QD-PD dated November 15, 2020 of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of PDDC Company on the establishment of Phuong Dong Institute for Applied Research

PDIA was established under the Certificate of Science and Technology operation registration issued by Hanoi Department of Science and Technology on December 24, 2020.
