From August 11 to August 31, 2017, the survey team of PDDC and PYRENALIA conducted survey activities for SAWACO Corporation’s staff / staff and member units to assess training needs. create SCADA, Customer Relations (QHKH), Management and Human Resource Development (HRM).
The results of the survey have been assessed on the status of operational processes and difficulties in work operation, human resource development at SAWACO, awareness and capacity of staff on development and Customer relationship based on a survey of 19 skills / knowledge at work. Some inadequacies of SAWACO in the management and operation of the system, the overlap in management and decentralized management are not appropriate due to inconsistent policies, in addition to the diversity of policies that lead to conflicts. The benefits of developing mid- and long-term development plans were also identified in the report. Based on the results of the survey, the Consultant has identified the necessary training classes for SAWACO and the size of the training classes.
