Mr. Dang Minh Duc obtained a Doctor degree in Law of State and Constitutional from Institute of State and Law in 2013 after gaining a Master degree in State and Constitutional at School of Law, Vietnam National University in 2006 and a Bachelor degree in Economic Law at Hanoi University of Law in 1997.
Thanks to his logical thinking and competencies in thorough analysis and outstanding presentation due to multiple years working as a lecturer, he has played a crucial role in projects PDDC has been involved in. Since his participation in consultant team of PDDC, he has made positive contributions to consultancy activities carried out by PDDC with the output results fulfilling the strictest requirements from customers and gaining high appreciation from project stakeholders.
Having taken charge of many different positions in the Institute for European Studies – Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences such as Researcher and Vice-head, Deputy Editor-in-Chief and Head of Department of European Political Studies and Deputy Director of Institute for European Studies, he has had a wide range of opportunities for being involved in a host of prestigious research works, projects and publications, including “Agricultural Insurance for Vietnamese Coffee Trees: Issues and Analyze the Necessity to Apply Agricultural Insurance” published in International Journal of Economics, Commerce and Management, UK; Vol. III); “The European Union Competition policy in the new context” published by Encyclopedia Publishing House in 2010, and especially the BPR subproject – Process analysis and reengineering under Project of Reduction of Non-Revenue Water; Strengthening and Expansion of Water Supply Network and Institutional Strengthening for Saigon Water Corporation Phase 2011-2015 (ADB Loan 2754) – in which he serves as the leader of the Consultant Team and KPI expert (this is the project PDDC is coordinating with Pyrenalia International to implement).
